When transportation, concierge coordination, and protection coordination are booked together, ARO can streamline the client-facing process with coordinated logistics and consolidated billing where applicable.
After the itinerary, actual approved charges are reconciled and any unused authorized amount is released or credited according to the final charges and payment terms.

For executives, VIPs, families, and other clients whose itinerary requires an added security component, ARO Executive can coordinate executive protection alongside chauffeur-driven transportation and concierge logistics.
Executive protection services are performed by RMI International Inc., PPO #15879. ARO Executive coordinates transportation and client-facing logistics; ARO Executive does not itself perform the executive protection service.
For eligible combined engagements, transportation, concierge coordination, and third-party executive protection can be organized as one coordinated client experience, including consolidated billing where the service arrangement permits.
